A quick refreshing smoothie which is perfect for a summers day.

The weather in Melbourne has been a wee bit chilly lately, although I have to say nothing compared to England where I grew up, the current climate would resemble springtime and even summer in some parts of the country.  Anyway, what better way to reminisce about warmer days than with this refreshing tropical smoothie.  A delicious creamy blend of mangoes, raspberries, banana and coconut that taste amazing combined together and they are all really good for you.

I know there’s more to the Thermomix than a high speed blender but I would say I use is to make smoothies at least once a day.  It’s a great way to throw hidden goodness into my children without them knowing!
